They had been dominating their industry with superior patented products but wanted some guidance on how to go even further so they engaged with the ADM for strategic consulting. After a few-months of strategy sessions, Farmers Friend saw the cost benefit of outsourcing their online marketing and entered into a closer relationship with ADM.
